With this in mind Melina has some hot tips to keep this machine top notch, whatever your age.

  1. Challenge your body every day. If it doesn’t challenge you it isn’t changing you.

  2. Eat when you are hungry. Stop eating when you are no longer hungry.

  3. Get lots of sleep

  4. Drink lots of water

  5. Drink less wine! Or equivalent.

  6. Stretch your body

  7. Do strength training especially if you are a lady over 40

  8. Make your wellbeing a huge priority. No one else is going to do this for you.

  9. Take quiet time every morning to focus on what is really important to you.

  10. Smile. Lots. Laugh. Loads!
